Today was a very difficult 71 mile ride to Napoleon North Dakota. It was hot but the wind is what made it difficult. We had a very strong SSE wind and we traveled either south or east. So we were either pedaling really hard without going very far very fast or we were fighting to keep our long tandem and trailer going in a straight line. End of the day we were both covered in salt from our evaporated sweat. We opted for a hotel tonight - the Mosy Inn.
The countryside continues to get greener and is quite beautiful.
